Hi, I know it varies depending on the person, but is 20mg of IR dextroamphetamine a lot to take at once? I see posts of ppl taking a lot more daily but I feel like more people take XR meds. Personally, they don’t work for me. My doc prescribed me 10mg IR twice a day, but taking them at different times didn’t work for me either so he said I could take both at once. So I just take the 20mg once per day in the late morning
How common is it for your prescription to be out of stock?h doc sent a script of dextroamphetamine to CVS a little over two weeks ago. CVS Texted me saying it’s temporarily out of stock the day he sent it and haven’t heard anything since. Is it normal for this to be out of stock and take weeks to come back? I asked my doc he said he doesn’t know when cvs would have it in stock
I’ve always wondered and chat gpt says it raises your heart rate possibly 20 to 30 percent. I recently got a fitness watch and I watched by heart rate. Whenever I looked, it said 70-80s nothing crazy. However, when I looked at my calories at the end of the day it’ll say live burned 800-900 for the day without hardly doing anything.
For reference I’m 5’6 and 123 pounds and pretty active. Even on my high intensity workout days I usually burn only like 300 calories for the entire day.
I’m not sure if I should be worried for my heart health
