Need advice on for my mum

Im a ex employee of sainsbury's and haven't worked there in years. My mum has worked for the company almost 40 years.

She got a finale warning about sickness. The only reason for her sickness was to have a few surgeries on the same foot within a year period. She has arthritis in both feet's, ankles, knees and hips. They have been aware of these for years.

She has only been back for 3 days and they had a meeting where she got her finale warning.

She is coming home crying as she is the only one working out if my parents as dad retired back in feb, due to being much older than my mum. She so scared of what will happen if she loses her job as its all she knows.

At the end of the meeting she asked a manger if she could type up the notes as she couldn't read her handwriting. This manger got nasty and started to say that my mum was being rude due to the out come of the meeting. She was also refused to see what else was written and told to go through hr in hope to see it.

My mum belives that one manger was bullied by the older one with the decision that was made. As the younger manger before the meeting was saying she could see my mum has been suffering and was trying her hardest to help my mum before her laat surgery.

She has worked her but off through the pain but ive noticed the 3 mangers in her department especially 2 of them are bullies. Both in their 30s and I actually worked along side one of them when we was both fresh out of school. My mum was the person who trained her on tills.

Due to working there in the past I still know most of the older staff. I shop there every week, meaning I talk to them.

Through talking im finding that these 3 mangers mainly the 2 30s one are also finding everything small to get the older ones to quit or be sacked. The older staff are women who are of the ages of 50+, some like my mum who arent old enough to retire just yet, but have health issues.

All these women in the department including my mum are almost full time staff, work long hours, doing jobs that arent even written in their contract. But are told they must do the jobs they have been told to do or they will lose their jobs.

I find there 2 of the 3 mangers hide in the office their whole shift. They would even come down to grab my mums doctors note from her last surgery and sent a different manger for another department, who I also know from working there. I know they was in the office doing nothing as the manager I worked with was posting on Instagram minutes before I turned up.

When I do see them they dont give me eye contact and ive had times they are walking my way see me and turn the other way. So in my eyes they clearly know they are wrong, especially the one I worked with.

Im also finding thay the new younger staff get away with everything. Ie. Not helping customers, chatting instead of working, on their phones, standing there when a customer is trying to ask them for help.

Also they arent lasting as well each week I see a new staff member in the department and being told some have quit already.

How do i or my mum go around this all. Im very close to walking into the store and calling out these mangers to their face and making sure the public knows how bad the management is there.

Im hoping im not missing anything. My mum dosent know im doing this post.

Any questions or need more information im happy to help.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Plus size summer clothing

Hi everyone. Im 22 weeks pregnant from tomorrow and still able to fit into most of my clothing but sadly not really my summer bits.

My biker shorts I live in under all my dresses and normal are getting a bit tight. Probs have a week or two left before they wont fit.

Before pregnancy im a size 18 but 20 if I want baggy.

Anyone got any recommendations on where I can buy plus size biker shorts that aren't see through and other summer bits that arent just dresses.

This heat wave is killing me and have spent the day in my partners top and shorts. Not a look I wanna go out in.

Hope you all are doing well in this heat wave

Hi all just wondering what pregnancy pillow does everyone recommend.

Im after something that stops me from rolling over onto my back and belly. Not too expensive as money is tight.

Im currently 14 weeks almost 15 weeks. Finding falling asleep uncomfortable already. Im plus size so belly was slightly big beforehand.

Or any ideas on how I can make life a little biy easier while I find a pregnancy pillow. As currently living in two different house holds.
