hello! ask ko lang sana if safe ba sa Urban Deca Tower sa Cubao? kamusta po yung security and overall system ng condo? planning to get a unit there for college kasi super affordable niya compared sa iba. medyo traumatized na rin po kasi ako sa old condo ko hahaha sobrang luwag nila sa visitors, hindi nanghihingi ng IDs kaya napasukan pa kami before. 😭

gusto ko lang sana malaman if strict ba sila sa visitors, guards, elev access, and if may issues ba yung tower na dapat malaman before mag move in. okay rin ba yung management and maintenance nila overall? thank you po sa sasagot!

thoughts ab the security there? are they strict ba or nanghihingi id every tao na papasok?

i just downloaded reddit because i needed information and somehow every post keeps getting removed instantly. every subreddit has different rules, karma requirements, account age limits, title formats, flair rules, and automods acting like strict teachers checking every little thing.
