I'm building a startup app that combines contact saving, event/meeting tracking, and AI-powered follow-ups — basically a smart way to manage who you meet and stay in touch with them.

Here's the Instagram ad concept I'm planning:

The reel opens in black and white, animated, completely silent. A person walks into a conference and meets someone. He scans the other person's business card with the app to instantly save their details. They have a quick conversation, the other person walks off — and then he opens the app and dictates the key points of the conversation as the AI generates the points and sends a personalized follow-up email on the spot at scheduled time

Tagline: "Network Easy."

The idea is to use the black-and-white-to-color shift as a metaphor: life happens in the background, but the app is where things actually come alive and get done.

Would love thoughts on whether this concept lands, especially the silent-to-sound transition — too gimmicky, or does it work as a hook?
