Let me explain.

A few years ago, me (straight M) and a friend (gay M) (who is no longer my friend btw, I stopped talking to him right after this happened) I met during a trip in Italy were talking and we were really good friends actually. I always knew he was gay, but I never mind those kind of things bc why should I. And at some point I started to get a little uncomfortable with the way he was talking to me. He started to say things abt my dick a little too often, and when I said that I was not comfortable when he said such things he always responded like "oh but I'm joking yk". And at some point he really went crazy on us being together (again, for him "as a joke") even tho I am not attracted to men. I told him to stop, and he did for a while actually, but I think he just became mad and just a few weeks later he said that he wanted to go out with me (this time he was serious). I said no, and he immediately started to violently ask me if I am sure about my sexuality. Again. And again. Everytime we talked, he would bring back this topic. Everytime I told him to stop forcing me, he just said that I was homophobic and stuff.

I've been utterly traumatised by this, and the way he made me feel shameful of myself. At some point I even started to think maybe he was right and I needed to question my sexuality.
