The fear of driving is getting worse..

DUI 2nd. SD. 30. F.
Idk how I’m gonna face going to get breathalyzers test done at the court house after my 6 weeks of intensive outpatient rehab. Idk if I need to change my anxiety meds or what…While all this is going on I’m able to keep driving and my license will be restricted for a year after my 20 days house arrest (which won’t be till October). I went to McDonald’s today to get something to eat and I panicked bc I saw a motorcycle cop car behind me. Needless to say my head started to shake, sweating. Hands shaking. He passed me and then I saw a cop car pass him. I for sure thought I was gonna get pulled over but I didn’t. I think I might have PTSD. What do I do? Has anyone experienced this before?. I know I have not been drinking but I’m still in my head like oh god .

Just got back my BAC results 😭😭

South Dakota. DUI 2nd. My first was almost 2 years ago with no prior record not even a speeding ticket. I got license suspended only for 60 days and fined 500 bucks.

This time I drank the night before and thought I was fine the next morning. Pulled over for speeding.
BAC came back at .135. Not looking good in the slightest. I’m very very scared now. My judge had put me on a no alch bond instead of the 24/7 program (lawyer pleaded no guilty) usually on 2nd duis they always put people on 24/7 in my state. I guess the judge didn’t think it was necessary at the time. My court date is next month. When I first spoke to my lawyer he said the most I’d do “jail wise” is possibly house arrest.
I’m very concerned. I have a great job. Car payments. Rent due. Any advice or encouragement would help greatly.

DUI 2 misdemeanor

It’s possibly I will be on a short time house arrest and still able to work but I need to tell my boss about my scram device. There’s just no way it’s so embarrassing and it makes loud noises I hear. I also work around children so wtf am I going to do. I’m thinking of trying to get another job around this next court date in August but who’s gonna hire anyone with 2 duis . So scared.
(South Dakota.

Fearful of driving

I got a dui 2nd about three weeks ago with my next court date in August. Judge did not suspend my license just on a no alcohol bond. I’m terrified now when I drive. I know I’m not doing anything wrong but I’ve been getting these panic attacks knowing a police officer could scan me or something and pull me over for harassment. I’m constantly being aware of my surroundings and going the exact speed limit. I’ve had so many ppl pass me bc apparently going the speed limit is too slow in the Midwest.

DUI second. Judge ordered no alcohol while my case is pending. My lawyer said I won’t be monitored. How the heck would they know if I’m drinking or not? Are they that trust worthy? lol

So I do not have to be put on the 24/7 program as we thought. My question is are they trusting me not to drink? I do not have a PO either nor have to attend anything until my court date

Getting an attorney for dui 2

South Dakota. Scared the shit outta me this time. Last time I crashed my car and got a PD, only got suspended for 60 days and paid 500 bucks. This time I was just speeding and I had drank the night before. Attorney is going to cost me 2,300 dollars but it’s usually better outcome for the dui 2 vs PD? (I was very cooperative and blew .139 and was in the county to do my blood and got out right away)

Second dui South Dakota

First one was two years ago. It was pretty bad. I drove hitting a cement wall and left the scene. No jail time. Had to pay a sum of like 450 and my license was suspended for 30 days. This time around I drank last night and I thought I was fine..get pulled over this morning for speeding and fml he goes “I can smell alcohol on you.” Did a breathalyzer and it read .139 . I can’t afford an attorney like last time so I’m gonna have to get a PD. I’m so scared. I legit just bought a new car too and I work a full time job how tf am I going to do this. I’m ashamed.

Very sick

So I used to be a heavy drinker. After work I would have beer every night (14 percent and a 8 percent) I stopped drinking last year in June except maybe once every 30 days and only experienced a slight hangover for a day..well I stupidly picked up the 99 shot liquor and I have been drinking three of those a day for going on 5 days. I am waking up so shaky, diarrhea, vomiting. Got pretty scared and went to the doctors and is prescribed chlordiazepoxide 25 mg for every 12 hours. Is this normal to be this sick? I’m just scared. I am able to so far keep water down. The medicine helped a lot last night bc I was finally able to eat food.
Does anybody have any recommendations?
