It saves product if you store your pineapple refresh in reverse with cap up. When you go to use it it won’t gush out and you can control better how much you use. I don’t know about you all but I only need a pea size drop to get a nice thick lather.

I have an idea to start my own business watching sick children in their home, day or night, so that mom and dad doesn’t have to call out. I wanted to ask you all if you think there is a market for this? Also, how much is at home daycare going for these days? Thought? Any input would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

RN with lots of ICU experience. Need a change. Interview with DaVita on Monday. Needless to say I’ve searched the boards here and read some things that are giving me second thoughts. What is your all opinion on Fres vs DaVita? If any one has positive or negative reviews I’d love to hear them.
Can we just talk about the shear horror and panic you feel when you think your lip tint fell out of the case? This happened to me yesterday at work and my stomach dropped. I work in a hospital and was ready to call a code grey 🤣🤣 Found it in my pocket though.
I’m a RN with over 25 years experience, mostly in critical care. I just started a CCT position at a transport company that is partially owned by a hospital. I’m in South Jersey. I am shocked to here the nurse: pt ratio is 1 Rn in truck with 1 EMT. If someone crashes you are by yourself, doing compression, pushing meds and managing an airway while someone drives. I was told an option is to pull over and call 911 for help. The manager said you “do the best you can do”. I have heard horror stories of someone doing compression for 40 minutes while throwing in a epi “every now and then”. This terrifies me. Is this staffing ratio normal? Any horror stories?

I just onboarded with Aya. Would have been my first travel assignment which was local to me. I was supposed to start this week. I’ve now been offered a much higher paying and permanent job here and I want to take it but I feel awful about canceling last minute. Will they blacklist me? Any suggestions what to say?
