Help, BDO Transaction Refund with Lazada
I paid a purchase from Lazada using BDO credit card but the transaction was cancelled because apparently out of stock na pala yung product. On Lazada’s end, it says that the money was already refunded on my account but it hasn't reflected yet. I filed a dispute form sa BDO and requested temporary credit kasi ayaw maniwala sakin ni Lazada na wala pa nga, I called BDO hotline, sabi nila nagtry nga raw si Lazada pero nacancel daw and hindi na ulit nagtry.
Lazada is now asking me for an email from BDO na confirming wala pa nga narereceive, pero when I ask BDO Hotline for it, out of hands na raw nila yun. Paano ko marereceive ung refund ko? Wala parin ung Temporary credit ko kahit 5 days na nakalipas from the date I applied for it.
Nagappear na kasi sa SOA and wala akong plans bayaran talaga.
This is frustrating sa end ko kasi alam naman ni BDO na may pending refund sakin si Lazada pero ang bagal nila igrant ung temporary credit wtf
To which government agency should I reach out for help? Hindi parin po ako binibigyan ni BDO ng temporary credit.
