Seriously! Tony offers ZERO support unless you are "family" (Chrissy, Tony B). What am I missing? Does Tony pass down money when he scores a big deal like that HUD fraud?

I have tried Kindle, eBoox, PocketBook, ReadEra and none work!

I have no idea how I came to own it but I also have a long handled King C. Gillette that appears to have a similar head (but with etching for the name) and a longer handle. The longer handle is heavier and not as responsive as the Heritage. But the heads feel interchangable.

No hard returns, flowable text, no weird symbols within the text?

I have a bunch of books and everything was working fine until 30 minutes ago. I want to bulk edit and move 5 books to a bookshelf... but I can select one and then the screen does not react. I reboot and the same thing happens.

Kobo was better but the same. AND, it had a dead pixel so I can return qithout paying shipping. I would have kept the Kobo except for the dead pixel AND having tried the Boox the same day. The Boox is brigher (maybe not as sharp as the Clara) buy with way more ways to customize my reaing experience.
