Bring Autumn Soon

This was Nov 2024 (honestly feels like yesterday)…
I seriously can’t wait for some autumn weather. That’s when it’s actually comfortable to explore some trails (I hate the heat 😂).

What are the trails like near you guys? Do your pups have a favourite trail or spot?

You take away someone’s life, you should be paying with never getting to enjoy yours

If someone murders someone, especially if premeditated and if not in the act of self defence, they should spend the rest of their natural life in prison as a minimum. This goes for even minors, as teenagers do actually know better/right vs wrong. You take away someone’s life, you should be paying with never getting to enjoy yours. Consequences of your choice/action.

Dating Apps

Can’t we have ONE app?! Just ONE that’s focused on women and those looking for a monogamous relationship?

Ugh it’s so annoying having to block about 8/10 women because they’re ENM/Poly even when you have settings to exclude those types of relationships 😑 Don’t even get me started on those looking for a side relationship. And yes, I block because I don’t want them coming up again or to be “liked” by those looking for that when I state it clearly in my profile I’m not looking for that (though the issue of those not even reading a profile is another rant entirely 😂).
Are there any WLW apps that are strictly for monogamous women? Any at all?

What are some small towns and hidden gems many may not have heard/know of?

What are some smaller towns that have jobs and are still more affordable?

I’m originally from a town of about 35k (was less growing up there) and am now on the outskirts of a larger city and this place is growing exponentially and will be absorbed. Eventually I’d like to leave in a few years as it’s just not the place for me.
I prefer southern AB (or AB in general) as I do have a horse and do like that area and western culture, but it’s quickly becoming too expensive and so many are moving there 😂🤪
I’m curious about where others would suggest for a town that’s perhaps under 15k people, has some job opportunities, and is slower growth and pace. I want to hear of places across Canada. I’m curious of all provinces and the Yukon (family ties). Not looking at NWT or Nunavut.
Ideally that has some cheaper houses and/or acreage parcels. I like a longer autumn season 👀
I’ve definitely looked, but curious if any will be listed I haven’t heard of. I do love and prefer the mountains, but am open to the prairies. I just want there to be space and breathing room. Places to horseback ride, places to hike without having to drive 30+ mins to get to any trails, trails not surrounded by city, a couple lakes around…just nature and less people. I’m over people and the concrete jungle.
