Didn’t thrift it, got it at TJ Maxx of all places. BUT 100% leather shell, cotton body lining, unfortunately polyester sleeve lining, acrylic & wool ribbing. Lucky Brand. $300 less than what I would have paid at Lucky itself. Definitely more of a starter leather jacket but happy to finally have one. All the vintage ones I find are very expensive, likely for good reason, but I can’t really justify above $130 for a jacket in this economy. I know y’all have more extensive, higher quality heritage ones, but brings me joy to have one at all
Love this unlined leaf Detroit from WIP. Got on sale a few months ago, only top piece I own from them. Have primarily bought pants but anytime a jacket’s on sale I’ll be getting it from here on out
Just got these leopard duck painter pants from Stan Ray. I normally wear a 30w, but I can’t tell if these are too snug at the waist being that some skin hangs over? The leg volume is perfect. Seat space is comfortable. Front pockets a little limited but I use the carpenter side pockets & rear pockets more anyway.
My concern is I size up to 32 and this no longer sits at the natural waist like these do, but my wife thinks they may be too snug in the waist. Hoping for some feedback from anyone with more high waist experience or Stan Ray experience. I own other 30s from them, but my recent pairs I’ve gotten have this snug factor. Still comfortable. Can fit 2 fingers in the waistband, but unsure. Thanks for any feedback
Always been a shorts in the heat guy. Granted today will peak mid-70s so not too hot, figured I’d try experiencing this chimney effect I hear about with baggy long pants. Pants and shirt 100% cotton, merino wool socks, let’s see how dry I wind up staying in this heat as I explore NYC
My hair is very straight & stringy & I don’t like to put product in my hair. Was noticing the weight of the long mullet with my 2 cowlicks was creating some major strain on my crown where it was starting to look very much thinning through that region. I hate this short mullet but it did solve that problem. Maybe gotta grow it to somewhere in the middle where I get some length without the strain on my crown
