Yesterday, I have been given to foster one feral, but calm, mom and her four 2 month old kittens, two males two females;

They have been super scared in the car when bring home, one of the babies had diarrhea in the transport box. Once home, we cleaned them up with washcloths and kitten wipes (the baby who had diarrhea has been cleaned in a little basin.)

Babies were fine after that, but mom immediately striked feral mode. We tough she needed some time and left her alone, only gave her food when it has to, she was growling a lot.

The night goes by, the kitten are shitting EVERYWHERE but it is what it is I guess. A little hard mentally (they stay in my bedroom) but I'm doing what I have to do.

I gave them food in the morning. I don't see the mom and the girls, but I guess they are hiding somewhere. The boys are more adventurous.

Then come the afternoon and there is still no sight of them, I start to panic (mom hiding is something but no sight of the two kittens was abnormal) so, since my room was filled with cardboards, and they were hiding behind, we start moving them.

And they where gone. Not behind the boxes, nowhere in the room, nor in the floor. We return the whole house, we finally understand that the mother went by the baby barrier + net we setted up the stairs (I wanted them to have the whole second floor cause I didn't want the litters in my bedroom) and ran away with her two girls, fortunately, they where hidding in bushes in the garden.

It's hard but we manage to catch back the two kittens, now they are all in the bedroom (with the litters, wtv they where shitting everywhere anyways) and they're totally fine, but the mom escaped us.

I'm mortified, I wrote a mail to the association to imform them. I don't want to hide anything.

Later the evening, she came back, in the bushes, but refused to enter the house, we take in the living room two of the kittens, to have her enter, but even if she shows distress and interest to them, she is scared and don't dare to enter.

The kittens start to show distress as well, I decided to take them back in the bedroom (I checked on them latter they where fine, sleeping and playing) and we played noises of kitties crying (found on yt) it seems to work, but catmom is still afraid. She peaks in and retreat immediately.

Now I have to admit the worst, at one moment, she actually entered the house, had been pretty far in, I rushed to close the backdoor, she rushed even faster, I closed the door on the poor darling !

I'm certain she is not harmed, but I hurted her for sure, and I can't imagine how stressed, scared and helpless she must feel.

I wanted to foster cause I love animals with all of my heart and seeing so many cruelty done to them, I wanted to contribute in good, but now everything is like a nightmare.

It's 2.30 am where I live, I stayed to rest in the living room, put on movies. The backdoor is open, and I still hope she will come back. I can hear her calling from time to time. She is just here, but too scared of me.

I'm fucked up, she is scared to death, apart from her babies, and it's my fucking fault.

Bonjour ici :) J'ai longtemps hésité à venir poster parce que mes souvenirs sont carrément flous, mais ça y est je me lance.

J'étais ado, j'imagine donc que j'ai eu accès au jeu courant des années 2000,

C'était un jeu en ligne en vue du dessus, pas de téléchargement, je ne pense pas que ça tournait sur flash mais c'était ce genre de jeu.

Complétement orienté pour un public féminin, les joueurs avaient un "jardin" dont je crois me souvenir que la supperficie augmentait avec le niveau, le seul but était de le décorer avec une multitude d'objets qu'on obtenait via des "quêtes" (me rappelle plus bien des quêtes en question si ce n'est peut-être ajouter des amis, visiter leur jardin etc)

Les designs des objets très fins, délicats, ça faisait un peu "barbie" ou polypocket dans l'idée (à prendre avec des pincettes les ref mes souvenirs me trahissent peut-être)

Le truc le plus intéressant dont je me rappelle, c'est que chaque semaine les joueurs étaient aléatoirement répartis dans deux équipes aux noms de signes du zodiaque (genre type verseau vs type cancer) et devaient farmer des points (je ne me rappelle plus comment) les joueurs de l'équipe gagnante obtenaient, je crois, un bel objet rare pour leur espace.

Aussi, impossible de me rappeler si c'était en vf ou pas, désolée !

Bref j'y ai un peu joué à l'époque mais j'ai vite abandonné parce que je ne comprenais pas les subtilitées et la finalité du truc x) mais maintenant que je suis vieille et âgée, ça m'intrigue.

Désolée si le truc est archi-connu et que je suis là 🤓 j'ai cherché partout avec mes mots clés, sans succès !
