Alternatives to BattleScribe?

yes, im aware it's almost funny how late to the club I am, but I've been using BattleScribe for the past few years, and it's worked great for me, unfortunately since they've moved over to new recruit they pushed a new mordheim update and broke every single one of my rosters. luckily, I had SOME of them written on paper, but it pretty much broke 4 of my rosters. I want to find a new digital solution to warband building that ISNT new recruit.cause not gonna lie I admire what they've made, I'm sure it was a lot of effort. it is absolutely ass when it comes to UI/UX and in my personal experience borderline unusable

How do I improve on this dwarf list ?

it's played a few games now, I hired a tunesmith hired swords but since then I've been unable to think what I can really add to improve on it. thinking my next step is a thunderer with a handgun but even that feels like barely anything as far as tangible progress goes.

New to old-world/fantasy, any recommendations for dragon heavy lists?

I love the old school Warhammer dragon models and id like to run a list that is almost all dragons if not entirely dragons. any recommendations on what lists one could use to achieve that?

WHY INQ28?

hi everyone, I've been lurking here for a while and I just wanted to ask, between killteam and necromunda ,40k fans don't seem to be starved for content as far as skirmish games are concerned. Why do you choose Inquisitor 28? what's so much more engaging about it that the other two simply don't fulfil? I've been curious about the game for a while so I thought is shoot out this question to the community to see what the response is.

Parry works way better if the model with the parry is low WS. The higher the WS the lower the chances of a parry.

just an observation I made after equipping all my novices with with bucklers. on a 2 ws every enemy hits them at a 3+ so it becomes an unreliable 4+ save. in total I deflected around 7 hits in one game due to my enemy's vampire having a weapon skill of 6 and a strength of 4, leading to the novices although horrible fighters keeping the vampire at bay for 4 turns. the only times the vampire struck were 5s and 6s and even then i had enough novices for it to be mostly ineffective until his ghouls got to helping out
