WHY INQ28?

hi everyone, I've been lurking here for a while and I just wanted to ask, between killteam and necromunda ,40k fans don't seem to be starved for content as far as skirmish games are concerned. Why do you choose Inquisitor 28? what's so much more engaging about it that the other two simply don't fulfil? I've been curious about the game for a while so I thought is shoot out this question to the community to see what the response is.

Parry works way better if the model with the parry is low WS. The higher the WS the lower the chances of a parry.

just an observation I made after equipping all my novices with with bucklers. on a 2 ws every enemy hits them at a 3+ so it becomes an unreliable 4+ save. in total I deflected around 7 hits in one game due to my enemy's vampire having a weapon skill of 6 and a strength of 4, leading to the novices although horrible fighters keeping the vampire at bay for 4 turns. the only times the vampire struck were 5s and 6s and even then i had enough novices for it to be mostly ineffective until his ghouls got to helping out
