I think I have tooth decay or cavity whatever it is idk , i can feel there is not -complete tooth 🦷 in the upper back last teeth in both sides.

It started decaying since last year.

I am 20 years old.I don't eat chocolates , my gene is bad if that counts

and I oftenly don't brush teeth after dinner or at night.

Can I regain my tooth without fillings and naturally??
