Hoe werkt daten precies? Betaal je als man altijd de eerste date en betaal je dan vanzelfsprekend de volgende keer? Ik vind het zelf niet erg om elke date te betalen, zolang het gezelschap maar leuk is en we het gezellig hebben. Maar ik heb wel gehoord dat veel mannen verwachten dat ze de kosten 50-50 delen tijdens een date.
I just bought the house 2 weeks ago, and I’ve got the hardcopy of both hypotheekakte and leveringsakte (without the latest page with signature). I’m waiting for the soft copy along with proof of kadaster registration, but it doesn’t come to arrive. I have contacted the notaris but still no reply.
For you that have experienced buying a house, did you get the soft copy of hypotheekakte, leveringsakte and proof of registration kadaster after transferring date?

I don’t know how to handle this anymore. I have a boyfriend who is stingy that complaints a lot whenever we are trying to hang out. He complains a out spending 8 dollars for parking an hour, he complains about evrything. When it comes to pay, he is not eager to initiate paying first. As a lady, I am paying the dates for both of us often. And today, I finally said what I felt about how stingy he is that makes me inconvenient. And he is getting mad of me due to that. I don’t know how to face this toddler anymore.
I did apartment viewings couple of times in the past few weeks. The condition is vary per apartment, one of them has good energie label (A) but the VVE monthly cost is around 330. However there is an apartment with good energy label but there will be a lump sum VVE cost for about 6000 since they don’t have enough savings. My question is how do you assess VVE health? How do you consider how much cost is okay to pay once deciding to buy?
