My hands are tied on what I can change about this pantry. I rent so it can’t be permanent. As you can see the shelves are SO DEEP things are so easily lost toward the back. I’d love some recommendations on how to better organize (especially the middle shelf where I keep dishes) this pantry so it’s a little easier to access everything. I’m so tired of piling everything up in the front 😭
My landlord can’t fix it until tomorrow but I can’t exit my home lol it’s the type of lock to where you twist the middle lock and it allows it to self lock. The door will not open!!
I’m 27F, type 1 diabetes, hypothyroidism, and depression. I am medicated for all of these issues. But no matter what, I can get 8 hours of sleep and be deliriously tired the next day. I’m talking body aches like I’m fatigued, and sometimes my eyes will get blurry staring at my computer screen at work because I’m so sleepy. I’ve been on adderall before and it helps, but because of a concern with my heart I’ve been off of it for now. I’m tired of living this way. I’ve had a sleep apnea test done and it came back clear. Could this just be a result/side effects of my health conditions? I’ve brought it up to my pcp and cannot get a straight answer or cause of this.
My tongue has been sore/bothering me on the bottom for a couple of days. I finally took a look and see this. I’m not sure what I’m looking at? Is it a canker sore? I have gotten them in the past. As far as I know I haven’t burned my tongue or cut it in any way.
