Reset Button for Liftmaster LA412?

The Panel Mount Reset button is no longer working.

If I jump it at the connector, Party Mode works but the panel mount button does nothing.

I looked up the part number K94-36408-3 but the price is obscene, between $55 & $69.

This looks like a $2 momentary switch you could get at Radio Shack...

Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

Stairlift Wishlist

Well if you could have what you want, what would it look like?

There are a lot of brilliant people out there...

I believe there is a huge opportunity here!

I roughed out my objectives.

This is not intended for people who have trouble walking.

Standing (not sitting), along with Hamper Platform that is stepped up, in front of Foot Platform

15 to 20 seconds to go 10.5 feet (33’-35’/minute) (ref. Escalators go 100’/minute, existing residential lifts go about 25-29’/minute max)

Quiet

Unobtrusive, minimal size (Foot Platform about 1’ sq.)

Hardwood platform to aesthetically belong with stairs

Track rests primarily on the stair steps

Secured to Baseboard Runner, aka Skirtboard

Battery powered

DC motor that can act as a brake

Regenerative braking to help change battery

Motor is mounted under hamper platform

Moving handrail or grip with controls

Two step control like on power tools

Remote call button

Stairlift Recommendations?

Thinking about the future, any recommendations for a good stairlift?

What I've seen so far looks pretty slow and bulky.

Really, I'd rather just step on a platform, grab the handle and go. It needs to ascend 13 steps in 20 seconds or less. An additional platform for carrying a hamper is needed as well.

Am I asking too much? 🙂
Thanks

Yahoo Scout - How to get it to stop reading my email?

Yahoo Scout -How can I get it to stop reading my emails? I don't want their summaries.

I googled it but nothing works.

Thanks

Sand Filter Standpipe is too high after changing sand. I was trying to be careful but sand must have gotten under the assembly. Any good solutions to this besides removing the sand and starting over?
