I've been a very active ebay seller for the past few years. Recently I had to relocate my company to another location and to a different business name (Same owners)

I have my new Payoneer account ready and updated alongside the new bank account.

Thought it would be as simple as removing the old Payoneer associated with my ebay account but it simply doesn't let me.

The error says: "Unfortunately you can’t link this Payoneer account

Your current identity and Payoneer account has been verified. If you need to make any changes to your account details, please go to Payoneer and make them on your Payoneer account." even though I simply want to unlink the current Payoneer account, not add a new one.

I contacted Payoneer and they replied with this:

" Since eBay is one of our special partners, we do not have the option to remove or modify the Payoneer account linked to your eBay account on our end. We recommend contacting eBay Support directly and requesting that they unlink the Payoneer account registered"

So now are both essentially telling me to contact the other party.

One of the contact support team from ebay told me I should just make a new account instead of them trying to unlink the current Payoneer account.

Rather not do that, if anyone here had a similar experience or just general advice on what to do I'd very much appreciate it.
