How Do You Guys Counter Groin Strikes?

I know people who are allegedly strong. They end fights by attacking the groin. I know how to defend against knees to the groin by using my knee to block them. However, these attackers either punch or grab. Is there a way to defend against these tactics? I want to avoid being grabbed or having to grab someone.
EDIT: Guys, thank you for your takes, but I am dealing with an untrained attacker. Most of your advice is about using stance and waiting for them to drop their guard. The problem is that they never use a guard. They just place their hands in front of their crotch so we don't use their own technique against them, and flick a hand onto their opponent's crotch really fast. They rely heavily on pushing and dragging people onto the floor, like most untrained people. In theory, you should punch them in the face to punish them for not using a guard, but they will still grab your crotch. I don't want to be grabbed. Please help.

Can We Talk About How So Many Things Are Wrong With This Post?

  1. It wasn't their first fight. They were childhood rivals, and Sasuke always low-diffed Naruto in the academy.

  2. Naruto never 'no-diffed' Sasuke in his entire life. In this context, Sasuke almost won, but got caught off-guard by Naruto's substitution. Even in their last fight in the Final Valley, Naruto didn't win. It was obviously a draw. I know Sasuke admitted defeat, but when he did, the fight was already over. They both lost their arms and were exhausted, so Sasuke losing after they'd both lost makes no sense. Sasuke meant he lost to Naruto in terms of life, not strength. Even in Boruto, the current Sasuke is stronger than the current Naruto, as Naruto without Kurama is basically Jiraya-level, but Sasuke without Rinnegan can still use Susanoo.

  3. It wasn't even a fair fight. Sasuke got ambushed when he was chilling at home. He also had to hold back, because his best technique at that stage was the fireball. And obviously, he can't use the fireball, or else he would burn his own house. If Sasuke used his fireball, Naruto would get fried - I mean, literally.

I used to be a Sasuke fan, but I switched to Itachi now.

Please Help Me Meditate

I want to meditate to improve my life. I just joined this subreddit. When I meditate, my mind keeps wandering between thoughts, and I meditate while thinking, 'Just 2 more minutes, and I can do whatever I want after this!' This is too problematic and won't let me actually meditate (staying in the present). Please help. Also, I am doing meditations recommended by the Art of Living (if that information helps).

The Truth About Sudharshan Kriya

I am not shaming anyone, but some of these posts genuinely lack logic. I saw one saying that Sudharshan Kriya is actually bad for your health, but that is probably for people who can't breathe that fast. It is obviously dangerous for people who already have serious breathing problems. It is still generally healthy, according to most reliable sources. This is like saying doing cardiovascular exercises is also bad for your health, because some people may have cardiac diseases. Well, if you already have problems like that, it should be obvious you can't do it. Just like how cardio is only bad for specific people, Sudharshan Kriya is not bad in general.

My Own Thought On The Intuition Programme

I read the rules about not promoting any religion or belief system, and I want to share my thoughts. I believe that intuition is far greater than religion and transcends mere beliefs. I completed the program, but I haven’t practised it seriously, so I know my intuition still has a lot of room for improvement.

During one of the program's classes, I met a girl who was a bit older than me. She has the remarkable ability to read blindfolded and is apparently quite famous for it. I even saw her on YouTube the next day. I realise that someone could have given her hints, but she wasn't the centre of attention. There were 30 other kids in the room, and we were instructed to pair up and test each other's intuitions using flashcards. That means there were about 15 other pairs in the class, making it unlikely that the teachers would cheat by helping just one specific student, especially since I happened to end up paired with her.

She described what was on the card in incredible detail, and I was amazed. I tried hiding the next cards behind my back, but that didn't stop her. I also tried on her blindfold, and it didn't allow any light through. Additionally, I think she might be blind; I remember one of her eyes appearing white.

I'm reaching out to share my perspective that intuition is real. Yes, science may not have a clear explanation for it, but science operates by establishing rules based on what we currently understand. This is how the laws of physics work. For example, scientists recently reassessed the status of Pluto, deciding it is no longer classified as a planet. Ancient texts in religions that worshipped planets, such as Hinduism, didn’t include Pluto. This suggests that they may have possessed a deeper form of knowledge that recognised Pluto's true status even when contemporary science believed otherwise.

Moreover, even physics acknowledges that its laws are not universal and unbreakable. The laws of physics break down at the centre of a black hole—ask any physicist! I'm not claiming that science is flawed; rather, it's a growing field that is continually evolving with discoveries. We need to stay alert to these developments to learn more.

I understand that some of you in this forum may find my post difficult to believe. However, I wanted to share my views because it's valuable to engage in conversations with those who hold contrasting beliefs; it may lead to new insights for someone.

Edit: I'm not a worker or a volunteer of the Art of Living, so I am gaining nothing by selling a course. In fact, I am a teen who did the course, so I wanted to share an experience that changed my view on the Art of Living. It's fine if you guys can't believe it - I've tried my best.
