This is Goomby. Goomby is very bald. Goomby a lungfish raised by a mad scientist who ate a bit of brain on accident and also has his lungfish legs stuck inside some boots.

He’s meant to resemble a 90’s mascot from a video game a little bit and this is like base concept for his design. How could I improve him though?
