So I have had to have my back teeth out on the top due to a health issue and have been on soup but that isn’t filling for me, I can’t bite down properly as they’re not working plates just for show so I have to use my gums.

I have a family so cooking a separate meal might be the way to go I just have no idea what to do. I’m on a budget so anything helps really.

Soup doesn’t fill me and things to snack on would help also I’m at a complete loss.

So I recently reused after a few months off, and after 18 months ish of heavy use. Soentimes going through an oz in 4-5 days. With my wife not on my own. My tolerance is through the roof now. And after my recent binge of going through 4z in a month (please don’t judge we are going through a shitty what I think break up after half our life) the pain it in my gallbladder area doen my side.

I am waiting for an ultrasound but mentioning anything k related gets shitted upon as our local drs are all stuck up dicks imo. We are in the uk. They said it could be gallstones as it’s definitely not like any cramps I have previously. It’s not easing either.

I’m trying to eat healthy as I can but is there any vitamins I can use to try help my body heal in a way?

Edit: it’s been 3 days that it’s been worse but was there for about a week before. I have stopped using so I’m hoping it heals but I’m also going through the dr regarding it.

To start with I have a tbi so learning something new right now is *extremely* difficult. I have lost all knowledge of what is good in the game (I fish and do writs and daily dungeon) the guilds I’m in are trading and not really helpful. I have joined a new one that is actually starting to help me within the first hour I joined.
I can only play 2-4 hours a night so anything that can help maximise me not getting frustrated would be great.

Anyway I have a pure templar and sorc, I can subclass and learn that as I know you need to really.

I don’t know whats a good set, good skills, good website to follow for the max output so I’m not wiping within seconds in vet. I don’t have much trial gear but the new guild is willing to help me run vet trials/dungeons to farm for gear needed.

Skinny cheeks website I have no idea how to follow it as hack/deltia websites sort of lay things out. I have been given lots of skinny’s websites to follow.

What would be good to help me maximise my damage and help me survive solo stuff in the meantime? I have oakensoul and pale order ring, ome or two other mythic but that’s it.

I’m not asking to lay it out fully for me (but I am) just what are good combinations for a Templar or sorc. I am willing to subclass
