When is the ISFAA deadline? Is it Nov 1 with the EA application deadline, or can I do it later as well?

Also do I even have to fill out the ISFAA to qualify for the merit based presidential scholarship?

They state in their website that they don't superscore the ACT for admissions, so does that mean they superscore the SAT for admissions? If that's the case then do they superscore the SAT for HUFS consideration as well?

I heard university scholarships (full rides ones) aren't even available now, but I don't know.

I have a 1500 on the SAT, and will apply early action. GPA is international so Its different from US (more rigorous course-- for reference, a guy who got 3.77 and 1520 last year got presidential at Howard from my school) I have a 3.82 GPA in my grade 12, but. a bit low in 11 ( 3.56). Do I have a chance at the university full ride scholarship? (I am also aiming for Howard Presidential but that requires more like 1530+). So, is it similar to Howard or is full ride possible with 1500?

(From nepal btw)

presidential scholarship has 3.75+ requirement. I have a 3.82 GPA in my class 12 boards but I heard u need to submit full HS cumulative GPA. I calculated my CGPA and its 3.7. Do they look at class 12 gpa, or class 9-12 cgpa? And would my 3.69 CGPA from nepal be equal to 3.75+ in US standards (provided that I score 1550 in the SAT) ?
