Critique my Sabbatical Asset Allocation 60/40 VS Growth-Tilt

I am in my early adulthood, a thing or two happened, and now I’m left with some 3 million in hand. I work a blue collar job in a HCOL area that I'm considering dropping for a multi-year global sabbatical to live closer to family, travel, take on internships in subjects of interest & doing charity work .

Investments. Currently it’s split 60/40, 60% in VTI + VXUS, 40% in BND. I want to know if the 40% would be better placed in something like SCHG, being gradually moved into bonds at an age in %. Ideally living expenses would be covered with dividend income. I’ve been pondering over this for some time. I can keep it this way and reallocate to SCHG if there’s a crash. I know, timing the market but I am in no rush to make moves.

My goals are growth, with dividends funding my life as I travel internationally. Any suggestions on how to tilt my investments?

Thanks for your help!

Fasting + hibiscus = low BPM

What the title says. After drinking a couple cups of hibiscus tea daily for a few weeks, my sleep tracking gives me notifications of low heart rates. Without it I wouldn’t have a clue haha. The lowest I got was 36 BPM. I don’t know, I found this to be an interesting side-effect of fasting. I don’t notice it to affect me in any way, but I have since reduced my consumption of the tea and I’m back in the low-mid 40 range. The image is from a year ago. Has anybody found something similar?
