Sometimes I look at people and say they are lucky for not being disabled. I'm jealous

I hate myself so much. I hate that I don't have friends. I hate that I can't talk to people, especially women. It's difficult. When I go to a park, people are creeped out by me. Nobody wants me around them. They fucking hate me. Everyone, people my age and older, all have a nasty look on their face.
