Is Everything Random?

I hope this post is allowed. I listen to Thom Knowles podcast. I know he's no longer part of TM but he was I understand close to Maharishi and studied under him so is steeped in the TM tradition.

There is one particular episode where he talks about whether everything is random or is there perfect order? I really think it's a brilliant explanation. He goes off on some wild tangents but brings it back to the importance of meditation. It really gave me a different perspective on why we meditate.

Best Debrid service for older classic content?

I still currently have a short subscription to Real Debrid. I always thought RD was great for classic films and the more obscure 1930s - 1950s films - including Film Noir

I know this is a niche question but is there an alternative to RD which has good links to cater for this content? I suspect RD might have been the best but the link options have been limited.

GT series straps

I just ordered the GT6 with the green woven strap after deliberating for quite a while.

Is it possible to buy other official straps? I quite like the blue woven and leather straps but I couldn't find them available online?

Eddie Foster - I Never Knew

This doesn't happen very often but every now and again I'll hear a record which I haven't heard since the days when I frequented Northern Soul nights over forty years ago. It's beautiful when you hear a great record you've completely forgotten about.

Drum programming

Ok I'm at the learning to crawl stage of using Garageband and I feel like I'm really struggling to build my drum track. I started off using a basic rock loop. I needed a hihat intro so added a separate midi track but I've got so confused with how to edit it and can't edit it to how I want.

I've seen there seem to be quite a few different methods for programming drums. I just saw a method where you put your bass drum, snare, hihat loops etc on separate tracks and build it up from there. What is your recommended method?
