Open fracture washout?

Distal rad fx very displaced with a skin tear overlying. There seems to be a very small communication with the bone. Reduced, started ancef, ortho says splint and discharge. No role for official washout.

I know what we read in textbooks and practice for tests is different than real world medicine in the community. Just getting a sense of crowd opinion here, what would you do?

UPDATE:
Lots of varied answers here, half say no problem, and half say would force orthopedics to come in. Interesting

These stones look much different from the rest of my patio, can I improve or remove the iron on the surface?

Here’s the photo

The issue is that it’s around the pool, and when these stones get wet as it is a budding the coping, they turn this weird green. It just looks really off from the rest of the patio. This is a natural stone patio and I get that every stone is different but is there any way to improve the color, seems to be increased iron content at least on the surface. Any thoughts?

Any UI update to fix this mess? My lease is ending and unfortunately I think I am going to leave Volvo

24 S 60 recharge, otherwise love the car. The infotainment system is complete garbage in the update from six months ago or so made it even much worse, I didn’t think that could actually be possible. The Drive select menu is now even further buried. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to the random tabs below, sometimes it is the ones I use, sometimes they or not. If not it requires going into the all program menu which when actually driving requires that I have to take my eyes off the road for more than just several seconds. The climate control system has gotten much worse, no longer one touch temperature, requires at least 2 to 3 touches, seat heater, etc. The map is smaller. My five-year-old hates it because the Spotify doesn’t have the huge screen picture.

I’m so frustrated because my lease is running up in three months and I had originally thought to buy the car after but I’m done. It may not seem like such a big thing for Volvo but for a driver we use it multiple times a day, it is the connection to the car, it’s a big deal, and I feel like Volvo has completely ignored it. I’m asking if there are any major over holes coming up to fix this mess, or, I think I will have to leave the Volvo family. It almost reminds me a little bit of the Sonos disaster that happened a year or two ago.

Hogwire fence guys in the area?

Looking to put up a cedar or pressure treated framed hog wire fence. Any good builders in the area that would charge an arm and leg for this? Location is around Wakefield.

Outdoor rug on roof deck corners keep blowing around. How to fix?

Obviously weights would work but I’ve stubbed my toe a few times and wondering if something else exists for outdoors. Deck is trex. Maybe something that can stab through the rug and tack it down going in between the deck boards? Any ideas?

Boston, installing Flagstone patio with mortar. Do I need to use a polymer admixture to minimize cracking?

As the title states, natural stone patio with mortar in between the joints of the stones. I want to minimize future cracking of the concrete, and I’ve been reading about a polymer mixture such as Laticrete 3701 that should be mixed with the concrete. I’ve never heard of this before a day or so ago, is this something that I should request my Mason to do? Does this actually work to minimize future cracking in the mortar due to the freeze thaw cycle?
