Hair thinning at 18

Started to notice in June, saw a dermatologist ~2 weeks ago and she told me during the hair test it wasn't coming out in clumps. I'm having serious thinning and she said she wanted to check my thyroid and possibly do a biopsy panel via taking samples. To be honest it didn't help she didn't have a clear answer of what was causing it. I had very thick hair before but this is worrying to me. She also offered to prescribe Mynoxidil but I want to check my thyroid first. Does anyone have any advice 😭 I don't want to go bald at 18

Ender 3v2 bed temp too high

Running marlin but for some reason it now won't run the bed temp at 75c, maybe because I just washed the bed? What could cause this, it was working before. I'm new to 3d printing so I'm not very knowledgeable

Nose bleed day 6

T.W: blood

Surgery = day 0, I got septum and lower turbinate reduction. This evening I used the neilmed rinse, I did one go and it still felt stuffy so I went to do some more water (all around body temp. The second time I tilted it more (since before I thought it was too straight) and my nose started bleeding. It stopped within a few min but I'm not sure how worrying this is. I didn't use affrin or anything and I've been pretty good at using the spray to moisturize. Is it worth going in to my doctor and what are the implications. My nose also has been having some orange/yellow watery discharge but not sure if it's related or weird

Showering + other advice

Unfortunately my doctor did not pick up the phone but how what is the strategy for washing yourself. I had the surgery on Monday morning and it is now Wednesday same week (day 3 technically). I just started the nasal rinse but I feel disgustingly oily.

  1. How to shower? I heard to avoid getting water on your face, but I need to wash my hair, also face

  2. Upper lip feels tight/sore and can't open mouth all the way, not sure If this is common.

  3. How long to wear nasal tissue thing for?

Pace 3 dies quickly

Pace 3 randomly started dying randomly despite being fully charged and when turned back on shows 0%. It also seems to be charging abnormally fast. I bought it in 2023 so I might be out of luck for the warranty but this is crazy, definitely not normal degration. I think the last time I used it it lasted 1 day
