Time Between SIE & 6?

Hey all, apologies if this question gets hammered constantly, but I’m taking my SIE on September 25th and my Series 6 on October 24th. I have a finance background, but as I ramp up studying for the SIE I am certainly glad I gave myself six weeks.

A little worried a month might be too soon to turn around and take the Series 6. Am I overthinking this?

Using Kaplan and the usual YouTube resources.

Any and all opinions appreciated.

Quitting for Exam?

35(M) currently studying for a large finance exam, and have smoked everyday for the past 15 years.

I’m don’t consider myself the typical stoner. I work out daily, hike, bike, have a great career and consider myself a pretty active person overall. I am sober from alcohol and all other substances, but weed is my crutch. It always has been.

I have two months to study for a pretty major exam, and I want to give myself the best possible chance of passing. I’m nervous however, that the insomnia and emotional rollercoaster of quitting will actually affect my ability study.

I’m gonna try it, but I’m pretty nervous…Any advice is appreciated!
