Hi Mcmaster students in this gateway, may I ask what does a typical timetable look like for first semester? Do you have 4 or 5 subjects? Is it possible to squeeze classes in 3 or 4 days per week? TIA

Hi all, may I ask if this allowed or acceptable.. I am giving my present landlord today the notice that I am moving out in maybe 2-3 months from now? I mean like sometime July 1-August 1 because I don’t know if I can get a new place by July 1 or not. Or I really have to find a new place 60 days after informing my landlord that I am moving out? TIA

Hi everyone, I have a few concerns and questions regarding my ‘future landlord’. So 2 days ago the landlord showed me the place which I liked so I told him I’m interested in renting the place. After one day he texted me that he will let me rent the condominium. He sent me a Form P Lease for Nova Scotia which I did not notice right away so I signed. Here’s my concerns/questions.

1. Is NS Lease Form binding/legal in Ontario?
2. Should I request for an Ontario Standard Lease Form?
3. We are moving on July 1 with an agreed rent of 2100 per month. He asked me to etransfer 500 anytime then the remaining 1600 on June 1 then the other 2100 in July 1 move in day. Is this legal or should I be concerned? I verified thru other real estate websites that he is indeed the owner of the said property…
