Loose Tiles in New Shower

I hired a contractor to completely renovate my bathroom 1.5 years ago. The tiles on the shower floor are already coming loose and I'm not sure what's causing it or what to do. The tiles are 1x1' sheets of 1.5" hexagons and the grout is coming loose, cracking, and crumbling around some of the individual tiles.

The contractor I hired seemed very professional so I'm surprised that I'm already having issues. Part of me wants to call him and ask him to fix it, but another part of me wonders if he or his crew installed the tiles improperly and I'm better off finding someone else. I've never experienced titles coming loose like this even in very old homes.

What would ya'll do in this situation? What is correct etiquette when asking for repairs on work that was completely 1.5 years ago.

New Car with Incorrect Oil Level. Am I over reacting?

Three days ago I bought a brand new 2026 Toyota Camry. Yesterday I thought it would be a good idea to pop the hood and just make sure the oil level was correct. This is my first new car and I didn't want to assume the level was correct from the factory. The oil level was 0.5" over the max line on the dipstick with a completely cold engine. I wiped the dipstick and checked it 3 more times with the same result.

Today I brought it to the service department at the dealership to have the level corrected. Immediately the service rep began arguing that the level was fine and that it didn't need to be corrected. He figured I probably just checked the oil when the engine was hot. I told him the engine was cold when I checked. I said that I would feel more comfortable driving the car knowing that the oil is within the manufacture specifications. We kept going back and forth and finally brought over his supervisor along with a mechanic. They too told me that 0.5" over the max line was fine, but If I wait 3-4 hours they can check it themselves. I asked them if they could just check it now since it only takes 30 seconds to check. They agreed.

The mechanic checked the dipstick and sure enough the level was 0.5" over the max line. I only live half a mile from the dealership and the car had been sitting for 15 minutes by the time he pulled the dipstick out. He looked at the dipstick and said "the level is perfect." I asked to see the dipstick and it was 0.5" over the max line. I said "that's not perfect. It's over the max line." All three of them said it was perfect and not a big deal, but I could wait 3-4 hours if I wanted it lowered.

I couldn't wait 3-4 hours so I told them that I would bring it back another time and left. Anyway, I'm feeling a bit gaslit by the 3 guys at the dealership telling me that it was fine, so I figured I'd ask here to get a reality check.
