I am fully aware of the risks involved in meeting new people. Taking a risk does not give someone permission to manipulate, endanger, or abandon a person on the side of the road.
I did not post this to look for sympathy or a lecture on safety. I am posting this as a public safety warning for women in the area.
To all the Victim-Blamers:
Logic Check: A person choosing to go on a date is a normal social interaction. A person choosing to trick, strand, and potentially endanger someone because they refused drugs and sex is criminal behavior.
If your first instinct is to scold the target rather than warn others about a predator who uses coercion and illegal substances, you are actively making the community less safe. You are choosing to protect a predator’s peace of mind over a woman's physical safety.
Facts of the Modus:
Target Area: BGC / Makati
The Bait: Pretends to be safe, respectful, and strictly "SFW" (Safe For Work) to get you into the vehicle.
The Switch: Asks you to try taking illegal substance (Cocaine) with him and do non-consensual physical intimacy.
The Retaliation: If you refuse, he tricks you into exiting the vehicle under the guise of "parking," strands you in the middle of nowhere, and immediately blocks you.
I am perfectly fine, but the next girl he targets might not be. I challenge everyone here shift your morals, check your logic, and keep the focus on the actual threat here. Stay safe, everyone.
