Hi,

I will change house next month, I am looking for company that generates and provides a good ratio of green electricity (nuclear, or renewable).

I don't want a company that just buys cheap electricity and sells it more expensive while claiming being green (like there are a lot in EU).

Any information / suggestion ?

Edit: I think I found two keywords: JEPX (日本卸電力取引所) and 非化石. Might dig into companies that provide 非化石. Also it seems that there is no company that directly sells the electricity they make, JEPX being a man in the middle I think.

If I receive 2M from someone with a residence in Japan in the middle of the fiscal year, and if let's say i give them back 1M later the same fiscal year, would the initial 2M still be taxable for gift tax ? Assuming that in the kakutei shinkoku i don't consider as gift the 1M i gave back.

Additionally, partner will receive money from parents for mortgage down paiment. I believe that as a partner and not direct familly I cannot receive from them more than 1.1M without being taxed ?

Ce que j'ai noté pour l'instant :

- changement d'adresse (immigration, contrats demenageables)

- déclaration d'impôts pour bénéficier de la réduction d'impôts sur 13 ans

- travaux fibre

Je suppose que j'oublie 3 milliards de trucs... Si jamais vous avez des idées.

Ma compagne aussi sera en partie propriétaire, de ce que j'ai compris le ratio de propriété correspond au capital de chacun utilisé pour payer la maison, mais est-ce que ce ratio se fait automatiquement ? Ou alors faut faire une sorte de déclaration ?

I have a sonos beam and sonos sub mini that I use for both my computer and my TV, I need to un plug everytime, which is getting boring.

I want to keep my current setup for the PC, and get a new setup for the TV, but I would like something else than Sonos, their ecosystem is driving me crazy.

If there is something similar in terms of sound output quality and price it would be lovely.

My initial budget would be around 500€/$, maybe a bit more, and I would like to have a soundbar and a subwoofer.

I live in Japan, I understand that there are some good japanese brands.

Do you have any recommendation ? Or even better, japanese stores ?

I'm a French national living in Yokohama, I have learned German in JHS and HS, but forgot almost everything.

Now I would like to learn again the language.

Ich habe 5 Jahren am collège und Gymnasium Deutsch gelernt. Aber fur 20 Jahren ich habe kein Deustch gesprochen. Ich habe presque tout oublié.

Ich mag la langue allemande.

I wonder if any German citizen or German speaking person would like to do like tandem (free talk in French and German around a beer or a coffee) with me ?

(Tandem is also the name of an app apparently, but I'm not refering to this)
