We don’t have great Big and Tall options here locally, so I tend to have to buy things sight unseen online.

Most belts that advertise themselves as elastic ... are not. They may have some give, but I am very much one shape when I sit down as opposed to when I stand up. I wear my pants over my stomach. Just my preference.

I know that in the past, my vet prescribed Bravecto for ear mites. I think other treatments are available, but I'm not familiar with them. I've noticed both of my cats doing the head-shake thing recently, and I wanted to ask for the right treatment.

I don't see any bugs crawling on them visibly, but I'm assuming it's ear mites because their ears often seem to the be target of their scratches.

I know there are two types of Bravecto, one that lasts three months and one that lasts one month. What I've read is that the regular, cheaper Bravecto is often used as an "off label" treatment, while the Bravecto Plus directly lists mites as something it treats.

I'd rather do the three-month treatment, both for cost and convenience. I understand that typically kills throughout the mite reproduction cycle. I do want to get the right one for the job, so I thought I'd check.

Alternatively, I can ask for some other treatment. But I'd rather go ahead and treat a gamut of potential nuisances at once.

I have my second CPAP machine. I've actually had it about two years. And I have never used it once.

Now, let me explain: I had a CPAP machine a few years ago. Genuinely tried to use it, and the nasal pillows just gave me terrible pain in my sinuses. Horrific. I did everything right as far as cleaning and fit and everything, but it just left me in so much pain. So, I stopped.

A couple of years ago, at the urging of my girlfriend, I got another sleep study. Severe. I knew that. Got another machine. Got a machine to clean the machine.

And both sit by my bed to this day because I just cannot.

Last time, I used the machine for a couple of months and was completely miserable. I hated the way it felt on my face. I hated the way it made me feel. I could tell I was sleeping more and had a bit more energy, but the side effects just stymied me.

I don't know if I need a full face mask or what. I have a goatee I keep fairly trim, but I know the nasal pillows would likely be the best option because the less stuff on my face the better.

I realize I'm whining, and how can I whine without even trying? But every time I think about going and buying some distilled water and breaking open a set of the masks and materials (I'm still stupid enough to be paying for new hoses and masks even though I'm not using them), I just ... can't.

I would rather have surgery than even contemplate using this thing, but I think my BMI is still too high. Those mouthpiece things strike me as nothing but scams.
