Old boots, new to me

First pair of Mexico made. Already perfectly worn in for me 👌🏼 heel cup is perfectly shaped around my foot, ready to wear! One of the best things about second hand boots along with saving the planet 😅

Beginner help!

What are all these? I got a setup from fb marketplace and I thought I knew what I was doing but I’m now realising I have no clue! Is this right? Is the v60 one drop option and the see-through one is another? And what is the metal L shape? I’m lost. I did make a great cup just now with just the v60 and the jug so maybe I just keep doing that?

Growth and style?

Going for a haircut, (short hair longer beard) and keeping the beard going. This is the first time the cheeks are coming in but my upper lip isn’t very dense. I am mostly blonde which makes it very light but don’t want to get rid of the whole lot, can I get away with it?
Also dealing with a lot of stray and scraggly hairs in the beard, going to get it tapered in on the sides and using oils at home but any more shaping advice is helpful!

Rejection

Seeing a lot of people get through to the next stage and feeling pretty shit, anyone actually not got in as well? Seems like everyone but me passed the tests….

Tunnel test

Absolutely spiralling on this. Been practicing the V3 on Pilot tests online which looks most like the actual thing and am completely failing, I seem to crash even when it’s lined up perfectly?! Is this what it’s like in the real test? The programme seems completely misaligned and there’s no reference image to guide through the holes? So confused and frustrated and panicking about the actual thing

AON/Maths

Hoping for some camaraderie, it’s been a long time since I’ve done really any maths or mathematical reasoning (GCSE 10 years ago?)
The practice tests I’ve been doing have been pretty hard and I’m unsure if this is what the test will actually be like?
Does anyone know if you need to know distance/weight conversions as well as Pythagoras and Trigonometry by heart? I can get my head back around percentages etc but that seems crazy no?

I’m hoping for some advice or general support with my current split.

I am super injury prone and seeing a physio for loads of lower limb reoccurring injuries so running is super inconsistent for me (very annoying). Which also means a lot of time my lower training is interrupted.

Currently I am trying to do a full body push, full body pull, swim x2/3, run x1/2. This has changed from full upper and full lower days as I found a full lower too taxing on my already brittle, stupid legs.

Is this a better way to split things up? I find atm I’m mostly just going in for the upper portion of my full body days and doing only rehab and physio for my lower so at that point should I just switch back to upper/lower and do no lower days until my injuries recover?

I’m just stressed and confused about it as I love training and my legs seem to constantly hold me back and I know weight training is important so I need to keep it in somehow.
