Hi wondering what I can do here. I paid for 15kg of checked baggage with hutchgo for AirAsia flight. Go to check in today and they say there’s no bag linked to my tickets so I had to pay or id miss my flight.

I’m now in am and less hack and forth via email with hutchgo to make sure it’s fixed for my return flight and they keep telling me there’s nothing to fix it’s infuriating.

The issue seems to be it says no check in baggage against my ticket passenger1 but shows 15kg at the bottom against passenger 1.

They’re refusing to acknowledge theres any problem on their end (after about 5 back and forth emails) and showing I had to pay for baggage again with air Asia. I honestly don’t know else what to do here…
