Is there a name for this style of shooting?

I've always called it "bench rest", but looking for tips to improve my elbow and arm positions it seems like bench rest refers to having the rifle on a pedestal and/or bags. I'm seated, but holding the rifle in my hands with my elbows on the table. It's helping me learn how to deal with a wobbly aim without my noodle arms having to support the entire weight of the rifle.

"Bench" seems right but I think the "rest" part is what's keeping me from finding more info. Is there a better name for it?

Pictured is my Ruger MPR in 556 with an EOTECH red dot and Vortex micro 6x magnifier. Also some manner of backup iron sights and vertical grip I'm blanking on.

It's for *peaceful purposes only*.

I definitely have a type, which seems to be "Agent 47's starting loadout". It's been on my wishlist for a few years, and my eyes almost bugged out of my head when I saw it under the glass at the gun store I always go to.

You are the worst I've ever seen, but you are the Puma Man.

Vadinho really didn't hold back in the scenes MST3K cut out. This is also one of several scenes that go into the whole "Vadinho was a red herring and wasn't the one throwing people out of windows" thing.

LSD-25 (1967) would make a great short.

26 minute short with a guy narrating from the perspective of LSD. Half of which seems like it'd be great samples for techno songs.
