I binged Carrie in two nights. I saw the original movie as a young teenager after reading the book, so I know the storyline and had an idea of what to expect. I'm also a Flanagan fan and saw the trailer, so I wasn't going in totally blind and unprepared. >! Firstly, I loved the expansion of the Chris-Carrie feud and the inclusion of modern technology into the story. I think both improved the narrative. However, the last episode, after the rampage, left me wanting. Without going into too much detail, even with the spoiler tag, I'm not happy about the way the ending changed. On Netflix, I got used to Flaniverse series being one-and-done and I liked that. I don't like the open-to-a-second-season way that this series closed and that might be why I just feel "meh" about it!<. This is the first series I've watched in a long time where I haven't tried to find Easter Eggs and BTS stuff on YouTube as soon as I've finished and that lack of extra interest has me feeling unsatisfied and empty.

I've been pinging P0301 with full body shuddering, shimmying when trying to accelerate, and have replaced the water pump, spark plugs, and fuel coils. I know what I have to do but my mechanic is apprehensive about the cost of the part+work vs the cost of the vehicle. I fully admit that I should have done more (read: any) research before jumping at grabbing this vehicle/model. Any ideas what I should expect to pay for the part? Are there any aftermarket options I should look at if I cost to buy the part myself? I'm completely lost and would appreciate some first hand advice.

I'm heading to a new place for a long weekend and was looking to kill some time and make some money dashing while I'm there. Will the scheduling/Dash Now availability update once I'm closer or is there a settling I'll need to change?

There was a time in the 90s where I devoured every word this man wrote, starting with the early Cross novels, before he became a brand with co-writers. But my favorite book of his... No one knows it. Hide and Seek, from 1997. I loan my copy out regularly and everyone I've given it to loves it! I think the right person could rock a screenplay because it's a tale that deserves to be played out on the screen. I want this story to come to life and I have a full-on cast in my head as I reread.

I am planning on visiting at the end of June and might have some time to kill. How active are delivery services like Door Dash? What are the tips like? I've been coming there nearly every summer for the last 30+ years and know my way around well. Is it worth it or should I stick to laying on the beach.

I've been thinking of taking a "dash" vacation. Getting a $28/night campsite and doing some Prius camping (not for the first time) and rather than spending the days/evenings at the beach (which I love the sound and smell off, but not so much tanning/swimming), spend them dashing. Is it worth it? My Prius gets fantastic mpg and since I grew up going to this particular area, I know my way around pretty well. How are tips in a vacation area?
