i cant tell if im lvef or levf

Im generally very insecure and selective with how i express my emotions and inner world, which heavily points to 3e. However i also tend to feel much more fierce in being "superior" or looked up to in some way, and then feel unsafe when i am looked up to, which also heavily points to 3v.

As for the 2 fix, im very emotionally fluid and can, not necessarily control my emotions, but have a large amount of contol over how they shape and are expressed. I can also easily identify what and where my emotions are coming from, which all points to 2e. Although, i usually have no drive to act, but when i have a goal, i can easily (almost automatically) formulate some plan to execute without being overly domineering or aggressive, but still acurrate and productive, which also point to 2v.

Idk. Im very confused.

How on earth do i stop obsessing over if im "faking ocd"

Even though i have been diagnosed by a professional doctor, i keep going over and over my diagnosis. I keep have the intrusive idea that i lied about everything i said, even though it was over half a year ago that i got diagnosed. And in that half a year, ive done exposure therapy to help get over my symptoms, which my ocd then uses as a reason to convince me i dont have it. I know i didnt lie about anything, and i know that doubting you have ocd is a tell-tale sign of it, but i just cant stop obsessing. I'm actually going insane. I hate this stupid illness so unbelievably much. Does anyone have any advice on how i can stop obsessing?
