well theres this girl (her and i are both 19 years old) that i used to work with (and by used to i mean a few months ago).. i really liked her while i was at work, but couldnt work up the courage to ask her out, and i also wasnt really sure if it was appropriate to ask anyway since we were coworkers (if its relevant, we worked at a restaurant together, myself as a busser, and her as a waitress) we got along great, and it seemed like the liked me back, but i just never got myself to ask.. now fast forward and we run into each other at walmart and i cant help but tell her she looks nice, cus she does, and i almost walk away but force myself to walk back up to her and ask if she wants to hang out sometime.. she says we can as a group as shes not dating right now, and i accept the offer.. this was an hour ago and im not sure when i should text her and how i should go about it.. should i offer a plan, or should i let her come up with one? i want to eventually date her if shes okay with the idea, but i dont want to screw up the offer i have right now

my crush and i talk all the time at work, and we seem to get along great. the problem is i dont know if she likes me back, and im kind of scared to just ask straight up since ive only been working there for about 2 months. one of my friends is dating one of her friends, and he has said that based on vibes, he wasnt sure if she was interested in dating anyone, but he wasnt entirely sure. i like this girl a lot, and i think a relationship with her could work, but i dont know what she thinks. ive said she's very pretty before, and she blushed and said thanks, so that helps i guess, but im still kind of nervous about it. ive been told im a good looking guy, but im still kind of self conscious i guess, and im definitely not the type of guy to boast about his appearance. basically what im trying to ask i guess is if anyone has a clever way to ask or find out if she either likes me back, or if she likes anyone at all for that matter. again, i dont even know if she wants to date anyone, let alone me. does anyone have any ideas? what can i do?
