Restored episodes!

Hey guys, I wanted to let everyone know that for all of us who wished we could have access to the uncensored episodes, I've made that a reality!

Fortunately the 3 censored scenes that they took away from our nostalgia are on Youtube. They of course are:

-Heffer's Milking Machine, from The Good, The Bad, The Wallaby S1E6

-No Tell Motel, from Road Rash S2E4

-Rocko Picking Berries, from Hut Sut Raw S2E7

I have the DVD set, so I was able to digitize it. I was able to download the missing scenes from Youtube and edit them back into their respective episodes! I was able to fix any audio, color, or cut differences so they're all seamless. They're just like you remember them :)

Every episode from the series is available on Google Drive, and you can either watch the episodes right from there or download them for yourself. All the episodes are arranged by season and if you just want to watch the restored episodes, I've also put them in the main directory. Just be aware that if you want to download the whole series, be prepared for it to take 4+ hours because the whole thing is almost 55GB. I started the upload and went to bed lol

You don't even need a Google account to watch. Enjoy and let me know if you have any issues with it.

Remember to wash your hands after you swipe the page.

What bass model this?

This one is confusing to me. The listing says it's a SR650E-ABS 2019-2020 but it's definitely not that.

It says it's made in Japan and looks like a 90s/early 2000s. Passive electronics. The end of the neck looks like purple heart but the neck is maple. I can't find anything that looks like it on the Ibanez Wiki.

Fire alarm inspection vent

I work at the desk. Today my store had the fire alarm inspection. It started around 1030. The alarm went off for about a minute and then we thought that was it. The inspector goes over to the panel by the door and does something and the system starts beeping. It was one beep about every 30 seconds. Ok, fine. After about 2 minutes we realized the guy had walked away. For the next 2.5 hours the system kept beeping at different intervals. Sometimes it was every 30 seconds but eventually it was averaging about every ten seconds. For about 45 minutes at two different times it was a CONSTANT sustained tone.

I was at the computer two feet from the panel. It ended up giving me a migraine and nausea. For a while I thought I was going to have an anxiety attack. Moving away wasn't really an option because unless you were towards the back wall of the store the volume was the same. Customers were even complaining.

I ended up leaving an hour early because I couldn't take it any more.

I'm really just venting but maybe someone could shed some light on why having the system beep constantly was a necessary part of the inspection. I'm genuinely curious.

Fortunately the service desk is far enough away. The Christmas shit however, which I will hear in October.

Instead of parking there, he actually pulled through the handicap spot behind him to park like this.

Anyone else's store deal with this?

Not my store. I saw it in another subreddit. I also saw someone comment that some HD's lock up their spray paint as a result.

My store doesn't have to deal with this, thank God. It's a pain as it is to have other items locked up, I can't imagine having to constantly unlock the spray paint.

Are these a high return item in your store too?

These suck. Out of all the hoses we sell, these are the most returned because they failed. Most leak at the connection but some split and get pin hole leaks. I RTV'd 4 in the last two days. I've been telling people not to bother.

Refinished Levon Helm Inspired Kit

I just got done with another Levon Helm inspired kit.

The bass and tom started out as a 14x22 WFL & 9x13 Ludwig dual tension which I'm guessing are from the 50s & 60s respectively. I bought the shells which were already stripped previously and with a lot of extra holes. I plugged the holes and redrilled for single tension.

The floor tom is a 12x16 Slingerland dual tension marching snare. Levon's floor tom on the old marching kit he had was a dual tension with tube lugs, so I wanted to pay tribute to that.

The badges are the originals for each drum. I made the grommets myself with some 7/16 thin wall brass tubing and a double flaring kit. I used this great video as a resource https://youtu.be/BufLJu63u1w?si=_gGcWKxBAxKH_yqG

Can I buy this kind of nut?

I'm trying to recreate this tool that installs air vent grommets on drums because I don't want to spend $22 plus shipping to buy it from this company.

I can get the bolt and washers but I'm not sure if the "domed" nut they're using is one you can buy or if they've manufactured it. I assume they just file the edges of a hex nut or modify a cap nut.
