Is dispersed camping a reliable way to camp for Labor Day weekend?

A buddy and I are trying to plan a camping trip (hike in, RTT, standard camping) to the north shore for this coming labor day weekend. We're noticing that most of the reservations are all taken for at least one night. Can we rely on dispersed for that specific weekend or is it likely to be all taken? We're planing to drive up Thursday after work and find a decent spot on the south edge for the first night and then head farther in. We've got until Monday to be back in the twin cities. Any tips or hints are welcome. Thanks!

Made my own seat delete

Saw other people doing a diy rear seat delete. Haven't used my back seats ever and always have em folded down. Took the advice and made it in 2 pieces. Some 6" and 12" supports made it perfect height. 2 pieces of 1/2 plywood, a 10ft roll of auto marine carpet, spray adhesive and staples. All in less than $100 for so much more storage.

Also gonna try to sleep in it on this weekend's road trip. Brought a tent as backup.

Back foot wobbly

The video doesn't help much but here is the problem. I'm pretty new to riding. I feel like I have very little control over the board. I know I need more time riding cuz my slalom is bad. I've been told I have my pressure too high. Somewhere between 28 and 35 psi and lowering that might help with stability. Can't remember where I set it last. I'm also not a board rider at all so maybe my legs and motor skills for balancing just need to develop?

Still gotta clean up the stickers and put some aftermarket companies' stickers on it but pretty good for $100 on FB market.

I'm gonna put a roof top tent on it and test it out over the week.
