The first 50 pounds came off fast but these last 5 pounds have taken me four months

I started taking Wegovy about a year ago and the first 50 pounds came off pretty fast. I went from 210 to 160 without much of a struggle because the medication just completely wiped out my appetite. Now I am trying to reach my final goal of 155, but these last five pounds have taken me four solid months and the scale refuses to move. I walk a few miles a day and track my meals in an app, so I know I am still eating less than I burn. Is my body just refusing to go any lower, or do I need to completely overhaul my routine to get past this?

reta people who say they can still eat whatever they want are actually different species

I see posts of people casually mentioning they had pizza and wings and a couple beers on the weekend and I'm sitting here scared to look at a french fry. what is your stomach made of. what are you doing differently. I had half a burger last week and spent the evening staring at my ceiling reconsidering my choices. genuinely asking if this gets better or if I just have to accept that my relationship with fried food is permanently over

A guy at the gym just called me a quitter to my face because I take Tirzepatide

I started taking Tirzepatide a while ago and I have gone from 315 pounds down to 265. I plan out every meal to hit my protein, I lift heavy, and I do my cardio every single day. The medication just stops me from constantly starving while I do all the work. I was at the gym yesterday talking to a friend about my progress, and this mutual friend of ours jumps in and straight up calls me a quitter. He gave me this whole lecture about how I just lack basic discipline and I need to stop looking for shortcuts and just work harder. I just laughed it off and went back to my sets, but the whole drive home I was just extremely annoyed. Why is the automatic assumption always that these compounds replace physical effort? I am still putting in the exact same work as everyone else in there. The Tirzepatide just makes the effort actually yield results instead of me constantly burning out and failing again. It feels incredibly disrespectful to have 50 pounds of hard work completely dismissed just because I use some chemistry to help the process.

I accidentally got pregnant on Mounjaro (did not plan this, was on birth control, long story). I stopped the drug immediately when I found out. My high-risk OB told me about the new GLP-1 Pregnancy Exposure Registry (NCT05894759). It's a prospective observational study following women who were exposed to GLP-1s in early pregnancy.

I enrolled. They collect data on pregnancy outcomes, birth defects, and child development. No interventions, just tracking. I'm 6 months pregnant now. Everything looks normal so far. But I'm terrified of what we don't know.

Just curious if anyone has compared the Reta from the official clinical trials to the stuff you get on the grey market.

Does it hit the exact same, or did you notice any actual difference in how well it works or the side effects? Just trying to see if there is a drop off in quality or if it is literally the exact same thing before ordering.

Coming off a heavy bulk and starting a 12 week cut soon. My food and training are completely sorted, but I want an extra push. I run 200mg of Test C year round. Does Sema make sense for a quick 12 week stint, or is it basically just for long term use? I also heard it causes muscle loss. Will that still happen if my protein and calories are strict? Last thing, I want to avoid UGLs from now on. My clinic denied me, so has anyone actually gotten a real script for this when you aren't clinically obese?
