How many days did it take u to see a change using eva's pilates?
I weight 80kg and most of the weigh is on my stomach, thighs and arms and i started doing eva's pilates for abs (the 7min workout) for two days and i want to know when do u start seeing progress ik it take time but i wanted to hear from people that actually did it so it encourages me
Also i'm thinking of doing the thighs workout do u think I'll see a diffrence in a week?
I try to lose some weight cause we're going on a vacation on the 13th and i wnat to enjoy food without overdoing so you know
+ i'm open to any suggestions as well but i can't head to the gym rn due to some responsibilities
