ok anyway hi i stopped taking my meds pretty abruptly because i felt too helpless to even continue + i’m losing insurance soon (i see it like if i do it now then when i lose my insurance it wont matter and id rather feel more awful when im already in a pit than get used to the luxury of meds)
i stopped taking antipsychotics, anxiety meds, and sleep meds and like i looked up withdrawal symptoms and didn’t really experience any of the listed symtoms so now im wondering if its just nothing? i stopped a while ago (a few months id exact bc days blur together) and just thought about it so i decided to reach out.,... i have schizoaffective disorder bipolar type and i feel… normal ish? not good, definitely, but not really feeling a difference
going on a med and then stopping like i dont really notice any difference and it makes me feel like companies are intentionally saying how bad it is to stop so ur like dependent on it
i tried around 9 different meds since 2019 and none have really helped,, i got diagnosed with schizoaffective in 2024 and have tried like around or about three meds since then, but idk. does anyone have advice or suggestions
