[PAID] AI-augmented programmers for new AI-led game studio company.... It's easier than you probably think. Hiring many people.

I was thinking $4 per hour as the base pay, plus bonuses as your games get traffic to the platform. The base pay will go up as we get more funding. I've already got some interest from venture capital deal scouts on the concept, so, fingers crossed!

Hey, I'm making a new game studio with AI, and I just launched 4weird.com today. It's got advanced automation tools for making games as some of our technology. It's slogan is "Future Forward Fun"

I've been messing around with putting AI tools into Roblox game studio and Godot, but I really think I've found the perfect medium with HTML games. They have many advantages when it comes to automated debugging and running Chrome Dev Tools MCP simulations of player input. I've gotten one of the game's testing suite to auto-play the game like a real human does, automatically logging console errors, and fixing them.

We use Google Antigravity and Windsurf/Devin for our IDE's, along with a custom "VibeCodeWorker" and "CryptArtist" tooling set for AI assisted programming.

This job is honestly super easy, you just point out the things wrong with the game, and make sure the AI is doing the right things and makes improvements automatically. Alot of it is just waiting for the code to generate.

Send me a chat after commenting on this post.

I want to know your skills, country, name, and hourly rate, in your first chat message to me. You can share portfolio if you'd like. If I end up paying you with a platform like Upwork or Fiverr, I guarantee a 5 star review no matter what.

I'm a tech executive at my own small company which is an outsourcing/websites/automation consultancy based in NH, USA.

Other, non-game, programming is requested as well, particularly with web software development.

Anyways, enough rambling, time to post this.

Please send me a chat. Thanks.

You must be at least 18.

So basically, I'm teaching people who have little to no programming experience how to code with ai tools.

Send me a chat with your name, country, and skills.

I'm paying $4+ per hour for time spent learning to code.

I'll deploy you on work for real clients.

Thanks.

I'm especially interested in hiring artists, because I went to art school and know how much the opportunities are rare for this kind of thing.
