Can you buys help me with some questions?

  1. Gaming laptop, if I have 80% charged battery, does my laptop function worse, than if I gamed on 100% charged? I do overclock the vattage when playing 2-1 year old games that are newer. Normally I don't, as I love retro games or indie games more.
  2. After accidentally leaving my laptop plugged in all night with limit charging to 80%, my battery health went up from 89% to 90% and it's staying there. I didn't have yet time to test this another day to see if it could increase again. And the software could be just giving me false positives.
  3. I did confirm that if I game 8 hours a day (vampire survivors anime chibi game, Twilight Survivors) my battery health isn't damaged. At least not in a meaningful way.
  4. Normally I charge 20% 80%. It seems the only difference between 30% and 20% is minimal.
  5. Battery health went down in 6 months from 100.8% to 100%, but after a "mistake" it went down to 90%. Though I suspect it's a software error rather and my battery isn't actually damaged. What happened is that g-helper was updating, I forgot to re-open it, and thus the limit of 80% wasn't working, thus it charged to 100%. And somehow that lost 10% health. Though I don't actual see any difference from before in any meaningful way.

guys* not buys.

Beginner to gyro, can someone help me with some questions?

Vader 5 pro (version 2), btw v2 not only has metal inside-bits, but the plastic paddles themselves have some added plastic that stops it from kissing the handles, so it's 100% foolproof now.

I did get the gyro to mouse through steam input working there properly in shooters. It feels like using a mouse the first time ever when I was like 6. Even the most banal enemies kill me.

Ets 2 gyro: I knowI can make gyro work and keep vibration & analog triggers. I just don't know how. Gyro itself is working in the game. I don't know why at some point when I play the game through steam the controller doesn't work. It is recognized, but none of the buttons do anything. In general steam input and Ets 2 just don't work. Gyro as mouse in Flydigi space station 4.0 does work in the game and that's what I'm doing currently. But no vibration and no analog triggers.

And I've played Getting Over It. I spent 10 minutes just learning how to get over the tree at the very beginning. I am not joking. But any time I make some progress it feels so good. It feels like I'm playing it for the first time ever. Finished it 3 times with mouse. There are some skills that I think I just can't apply to gyro, so I might not finish the game with gyro.
I always say I'll never play the game again. Delete it. Then at some point I come back....

Are there some "easy" games to build muscle memory that you guys played?

Can someone give me a 2026 tutorial on installing promods?

  1. Does promods fix france, please god. I accidentally drove again in that cursed hellhole. I'm currently at my 11th tollbooth. Yes, I'm counting.
  2. What are some things to expect in promods that the mod doesn't talk about.

The bellow is a copy paste that I've asked A.I., not sure how much of it is accurate. I've had a.i. tell me years old information before.

To install ProMods for Euro Truck Simulator 2, first ensure you own all required map DLCs (e.g., Going East!, Scandinavia, Vive la France!, Italia, Beyond the Baltic Sea, Road to the Black Sea). Create a free account on the official ProMods website.

  1. Generate the Def File: Go to the installation page and generate your def file by selecting your preferences (like sound and graphics settings). Download this file.
  2. Download the Mod: Proceed to Step 2 and choose either the free "Standard Download" (multiple small files) or the paid "Premium Download" (one large file for faster access).
  3. Extract and Install: Extract all downloaded files (using 7-Zip or WinRAR), ensuring you get .scs files. Copy the def file and all .scs files to your game's mod folder (Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod).
  4. Activate in Game: Launch the game, go to your profile's Mod Manager, and enable all the ProMods files. The def file should be at the top of the list, followed by map, models, media, and assets files in the correct order. Confirm the changes.
