Moon/Astrological Names, Not Cheesy or Overused

I’m 28 weeks pregnant with my second girl. My first’s name is Emilija Octavia {last_name}. The “j” is there because of Lithuanian heritage, but I live in the US. We call her “Emi”.

I’m looking for an elegant, dark, name for this girl. I feel compelled to do a moon or astrological based name, but I don’t like the common, typical ones like Stella (step-sister in law’s name), Selena, Luna, Aurora (brother’s ex’s name).

Reasons:
- period was due on the blood moon (total lunar eclipse)
- just prior to that, all the planets aligned.
- new moon 2 days before she is born, possibility of giving birth on that day (November 8th, due on the 10th).

I’m not normally one of those “moon and stars” everything kinda people. I was when I was younger. I appreciate astrology, and casually invest some time into the subject out of curiosity.

Names I like:
Ophelia
Cressida
Cordelia
Lyra (preferred for a middle name)

It needs to be useable, or have a good nickname, in the US/English.

Also… my brother’s dog is Artemis, so that won’t work.

Good luck name nerds. Much appreciated!

AI suggests my top name a lot

I’m almost 23 weeks pregnant with a baby girl.

My period was due on the blood moon. Right before the blood moon, all the planets were in alignment.

I am not normally so compelled to do “cosmic” themed names because they seem so popular and… immature… in many scenarios. But with this girl, I feel more interested.

My first daughter’s name is Emilija (pronounced like Emilia). We call her Emi for short.

I picked the name Elara, which is one of Jupiter’s moon. I love the name and how it fits with Emilija. Emi and Ela.

But… I found out, even through articles, that it’s a common name AI has been suggesting to people. While rare before, I don’t know if I can stick with something that AI might make more popular.

So I’m looking for suggestions. Should end with an -a or and -e so it can be easily used in Lithuanian.

I typically love elegant, old sounding, or rare names.

SUA on Anatomy Scan. Home birth?

Simple question. Early research. Anyone have a SUA with no other related findings on an ultrasound and continue to do a home birth? Do they allow that?

I was considering switching from hospital to home birth, and now I’m wondering if they will let me.

SUA = Single Umbilical Artery

Anatomy scan with small abnormalities

I had my ultrasound today at 19 weeks.

Found out I’m having a girl! I thought it was a boy.

I never did genetic testing.

I was told I have a SUA (single umbilical artery). No other related findings, so they say it’s likely just incidental and biggest concern is growth restriction. I get an extra scan at 32 weeks for this. Makes me mildly nervous, but… that’s settling since I have read about many women having this and perfectly healthy kids delivered at term.

The next is a single bright spot (calcification) in the babies abdomen near the stomach. Just one. No other associated markers pointing to any other concerns. I get a follow up ultrasound and MFM appointment in one month for this.

I’m a little nervous still. Startled, I guess.

I guess… any multiple time mothers have something like this before? They don’t seem concerned highly about either just extra scans. No recommended further testing outside that yet… and said the at most of the calcifications when presenting like this are benign.

Still, they dropped the words “chromosomal abnormalities” and “cystic fibrosis”… saying it’s not likely given no other signs of it… but now I’m nervous.
