I’m 5’0f 58kgs (F) and just started calories deficit and now I wanna add workouts in my routine. Can’t go to gym but I can buy dumbbells for home workouts. My goal is to lose 8kgs weight and fat on my body plus toned shape. What workout should I add in my routine?? And please share your high protein desi recipes as well.
