Cleaning throttle body
2014 Nissan Murano.
Can you clean the throttle body without removing it?
I see contrary information about manually opening butterfly to clean it.

I replaced crankshaft position sensor on 2014 Nissan Murano back in December.
(Automatic, about 136k miles)
Cars been a little funky still since with some hesitation every once in awhile. Never any check engine light or codes.
Stalled the other day while going uphill. Restarted and checked with scanner. PO335
Idk if I didn't put sensor in correctly? There was like a rubber molded piece I took out of the bell housing and put back in, assuming it was some kind of spacer. I don't know that I set it in correctly.
I tried to renew my license in NY today and was told I cant due to an issue with my TN license.
I haven't lived in TN for over 25 years. No one is answering at the TN number that NY DMV gave me. I've tried their online chat, email, etc.
In the auto email response I received, it had a link to check TN license status- it says my license is suspended! I had a valid license when I left in early 2005, I've renewed my license in NY a couple of times without issue.
I'm bugging out because I can't get ahold of anyone down there at the #, I left a couple voicemails. The chatbot was supposed to connect me to a human but no one is joining the chat.
wth can I do?
