My frugal friend just moved to the neighborhood from out of state and their birthday is coming up in a few months. For their birthday, they love to go on “scavenger hunts” collecting all the freebies they can. This will be their first time doing so in Seattle and I have very little experience with this kind of thing, so any feedback / recommendations would be appreciated!

Hey everyone — I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for over 15 years, and this is a new thing that’s popped up in just the last two months. I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with something similar. For reference, I'm a male in my late 20's with no other health issues or allergies. I live in the same mild climate where I've lived my entire life.

Lately, if I lightly itch my skin, the area turns bright red and raises up in little hives or bumps. They fade after about 10–15 minutes, but it looks intense while it’s happening. It’s worst around my midsection, elbows, and knees, but it can happen anywhere from my neck down to my toes. Thankfully it doesn’t happen on my face or scalp.

I’m trying to figure out if this could be related to thyroid issues, or if it’s something totally separate. If you’ve experienced this — did anything help, or did it improve once your levels were stable?

Thank you in advance for sharing your experience and insight.

I’d like to see the team bring in more help for the defensive front 7, especially off the edge. Wouldn’t hurt to add some veteran offensive weapons. A big body WR would be a nice depth piece.
